Ex-ante notice for a middle value negotiated procedure - provision of office supplies

This joint procurement is intended to find a suitable contractor for the provision of office supplies for the ELA office in Bratislava and for the European Commission Representation in Slovakia / Bratislava.

The European Labour Authority, as the Lead Contracting Authority, and the European Commission Representation in Slovakia / Bratislava (Participating Contracting Authority) are planning to launch an interinstitutional procurement procedure to conclude a framework contract for the Provision of office supplies and stationery for their  staff on their premises in Bratislava.

The scope of the framework contract will include the following tasks:

•          Supply of an online catalogue containing a large range of office supply and stationery products for Contracting Authority;

•          Reception, management and preparation of orders of office supply and stationery of Contracting Authority;

•          Timely delivery and distribution of the ordered office supply and stationery for Contracting Authority on to its premises in Bratislava;

•          Communication between Contracting Authority and the contractor within the scope of this framework contract, including the preparation and provision of statistics on the orders received from Contracting Authority.

The indicative time schedule for launching the negotiated procedure is November 2026. Interested economic operators can express their interest to participate in this negotiated procedure until 9 November 2026 at 23:59 CET
