National training on EU labour mobility for enforcement bodies in the Netherlands

This training forms part of the European Labour Authority’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the capacity of national labour inspectorates and social security institutions. It aims at enhancing the knowledge and skills of inspectors and enforcement officers in the Netherlands in various areas related to their work. 

The participants have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the EU legal framework governing labour mobility, with a particular focus on the posting of workers, temporary work agencies, third-country nationals, cooperation mechanisms between authorities, and the role of ELA in supporting enforcement activities, including concerted and joint Inspections.
