ELA training for national social partners

Throughout the training, the topic of posting is explored comprehensively, covering fundamental aspects related to labour law and social security. Building on this foundation, participants also receive insights into enforcement rules and recent European Court of Justice case law. Furthermore, social partners have the opportunity to share their experiences on these topics through dedicated working groups.
