Within Europe, services are increasingly provided across borders. European partner companies send their employees to Germany to carry out assignments. In many cases, it is contractually agreed that the German client will support the foreign companies with the necessary posting formalities or even coordinate them.

In addition to labour and social security regulations, registration requirements, verification regulations and documentation requirements must be observed.
