EUAN Women support network

ELA, in its role as the Chairing Agency of the European Union Agencies Network (EUAN) for the year 2026-2027 will host the second Conference of the Women’s Support Network (WSN).  

The WSN, established in 2023 within the EUAN Working Group on Diversity and Inclusion, provides a forum for promoting gender equality in leadership and supporting women’s professional development across EU Agencies and Joint Undertakings. 

The conference brings together representatives from EU Agencies and Joint Undertakings to exchange experiences, address common challenges, and inspire. The gathering marks the official launch of the Women Leadership Development Programme and the Interagency Mentoring Programme.  

ELA is honored to welcome Ms Iveta Radičová, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Media at Pan-European University, and former Prime Minister of Slovakia a as keynote speaker to provide an inspirational view on women's leadership .
