Heads of Communication and Information Network (HCIN)

In its role as Chairing Agency of the European Union Agencies Network (EUAN) for the period 2026–2027, the European Labour Authority (ELA) hosts the Plenary of the Performance Development Network (PDN) on 4-5 June 2026, in a hybrid format at ELA’s premises in Bratislava and online.

The HCIN brings together Heads of Communication and Information from EU Agencies to strengthen cooperation, exchange good practices and align communication efforts across the network. The 2026 meeting offers a dynamic programme combining expert insights, discussions on use of artificial intelligence in communication, updates on EU communication policy, and practical case studies from agencies. It also includes sessions on measuring communication impact, as well as on HCIN priorities and governance, and the ongoing collaboration across the network.
