ELA Regulation published

Following the formal adoption of the Regulation establishing the European Labour Authority, the legal text has now been published in the Official Journal and is available in all the official languages of the EU.

Member States decide on new ELA seat

Ahead of the Council meeting on Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumers on 13 June 2019 in which Ministers formally adopted the Regulation establishing the European Labour Authority, EU Member States also decided to select Bratislava as the seat of the ELA. In the start-up phase, the Commission will host the ELA in its premises in Brussels, until Slovakia will be ready to welcome ELA in Bratislava.
