Head of sector - human resources

The European Commission, on behalf of the Authority, is launching a vacancy notice view to establishing a reserve list of Temporary Agents for the position of Head of Sector – Human Resources.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Administration, the Head of Sector – Human Resources will lead and coordinate the team working on recruitment, learning & development, staff support and other related HR processes. The selected person will apply his/ her detailed knowledge of best practices in the field of human resources management, and ensure the respect of the Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment applicable to the staff of the ELA.
