The subject of this call is to provide insurance services for the European Labour Authority (ELA). The Authority is currently in a temporary location in Brussels and is expected to start moving to its permanent premises in Bratislava in Q3 2021.

ELA is looking for a contractor to ensure professional insurance coverage and consulting services for the following: 

• Contents of ELA’s building and/or premises, 
• ELA’s ICT equipment (fixed and mobile IT equipment, office automation equipment, audio-visual equipment), 
• Contents of the ELA’s garage,
• Civil liability insurance of the operations of ELA,
• Civil liability insurance for damages caused to third parties and/or the Lessor in relation to ELA's activities performed in the building and/or premises, including cross-liability, and insurance of third party claims resulting from all of the preceding,
• Insurance against the risks of accident, occupational disease and death from natural causes of officials, temporary staff and their spouses, children and other dependents,
• Insurance against accident or death for externals (e.g. job applicants, experts etc.)

The subject of this call is provision of Cleaning and other related services for ELA’s premises, as indicated at the contract notice.

Through this tender, the Authority wishes to conclude a framework contract that includes all its cleaning needs to keep the premises up to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. This also includes waste management, including recycling.

Through this call for tenders European Labour Authority and the Representation of the European Commission in Slovakia wish to conclude a framework contract that includes medical services in two (2) Lots:

Lot 1 will cover the provision of services of a Medical Centre as required for:

1. annual medical tests in accordance with Annex 3 and 4;
2. pre-employment tests in accordance with Annex 2.

Lot 2 will cover the provision of services of a Medical Advisor as required for:

1. analysis of results of pre-employment test for future staff;
2. analysis of results of annual medical tests for current staff;
3. assistance to the contracting authority in the verification of staff absences due to sickness;
4. other services in relation to preventive and occupational health care.

The subject of this call is to provide learning and training activities for labour inspectors.

The Contractor shall develop the content and provide training and learning activities aimed at improving in particular the operational capacity of national inspecting bodies, and implement mutual learning projects focusing on the promotion of the exchange, dissemination and uptake of good practices and knowledge, relevant for the organisation and carrying out cross-border joint and concerted inspections in the area of labour mobility.

The Contractor will contribute to the capacity building activities of ELA summed up in the following tasks: Task 1: Develop and deliver three training seminars; Task 2: Develop one online training module; Task 3: Organize three webinars; Task 4: Provide support to staff exchanges and staff visits.
