The 11th Management Board adopted ELA's priorities for the next year, with a focus on the construction sector in 2023. Tom Bevers and Agniezska Woloszyn re-elected as chair and deputy chair respectively of the ELA’s Management Board.

The EU Talent Pool Pilot Initiative is an online job-searching tool in the EURES portal for people fleeing the war in Ukraine, looking for work in the EU and benefiting from temporary protection. Through the Talent Pool Pilot, they can access over 3 million job vacancies and 4,000 potential employers.
The workshop organised by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the European Labour Authority (ELA) resulted in recommendations to EU and other European countries, including Ukraine and Moldova, on how to respond to the risks of trafficking in human beings, forced labour and undeclared work of the persons fleeing the war in Ukraine.
