## \#LightVehiclesBigChanges

The campaign raises awareness of new EU rules for light commercial vehicles from 1 July 2026, highlighting updated driving and rest-time requirements, mandatory smart tachographs (G2V2), and rules for posted drivers.

The campaign helps workers and employers understand their social security rights and obligations when they move, work, or hire across EU countries (and Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).

The campaign provides crucial information for employers and employees in the HORECA sector (Hotel, Restaurant and Catering). It covers key EU social legislation, highlighting the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers.

## \#EU4FairConstruction

The EU for Fair Construction information campaign focuses on posting of workers in the construction sector, and rights and obligations of posted workers and their employers. It also provides information to social partners, national public institutions and others. The EU-wide information campaign was launched on 17 October 2023.

## \#Road2FairTransport

Enforcing EU legislation addressing the social aspects of specific legislation in a highly mobile environment raises numerous challenges. Relevant legal framework for this sector ‘**Mobility Package I**’, in place since August 2020, brought changes the road transport sector and also new challenges in their practical application.

## \#Rights4AllSeasons

Built on the experience of **\#EU4FairWork** campaign (March to October 2020), the **Rights 4 all seasons campaign** ran in parallel with the wider ELA information campaign developed in response to calls by the Commission, the European Parliament, and the Council. The main goal was to promote declared seasonal work and tackle undeclared seasonal work.

## \#EU4FairWork

The #EU4FairWork campaign is the first EU-wide initiative promoting the benefits of declared work. It raises awareness among workers about their rights, informs companies of their obligations, and encourages policymakers to better tackle undeclared work, through policy and legislation.
