## [Information and services](/en/activities/information-and-services) A crucial part of ELA’s mission is to **improve the access to relevant information and services on cross-border labour mobility** in the single market. The Authority does this by promoting awareness on rights and obligations derived from EU legislation, supporting Member States and other information providers in the field of EU labour mobility. Some of ELA’s supporting activities in this field are: - reviews of national and EU websites related to labour mobility topics; - support to Member States in translating relevant information into other languages; - support to information campaigns; - organisation of onsite events with EU-level and local partners; - support cooperation and exchange among information providers at EU and national level, and; - develop information material. ## Facts and figures Translation of information material We facilitate translation of Member States' official material related to labour mobility, to EU and non-EU languages. Website reviews We organise reviews of national and EU level websites providing information on labour mobility We reviewed 31 national and EU websites related to labour mobility topics and published a booklet on lessons learnt. Workshops and information events We deliver workshops and support national information events From 2022, we have organised 5 workshops on effective information provision in seasonal work, with more than 100 participants from 13 Member States in total. ## How to [Ask for translation facility services ](https://www.ela.europa.eu/en/services/translation-facility-information) **Member State authorities** can submit texts used on websites and other communication materials for translation – on topics like cross-border labour mobility or social security. [Organise an information event in your country ](https://www.ela.europa.eu/en/services/support-improvement-labour-mobility-information) **National authorities** as well as **social partners** can team up with ELA to host events receiving support on content, speakers and logistics. [Ask for a website review](https://www.ela.europa.eu/en/services/support-improvement-labour-mobility-information) **National authorities from** **EU Member States** can apply for reviews of their websites. We deliver recommendations on how to further improve the accessibility, quality and user-friendliness of relevant information. Any **institution** wishing to further improve their website can profit from these findings.
