## Description

During its meeting, the subgroup focused on assessing different regularisation initiatives to bring undeclared third-country national workers into the declared economy. The subgroup discussed examples of the different approaches across countries and the design of regularisation schemes to address undeclared work among third-country nationals, as well as the role of enforcement authorities.

The subgroup produced the following outputs:

- A <a>short report </a>documenting <a>Platform members’ </a>experience and the challenges faced in developing and improving voluntary disclosure and regularisation initiatives to bring undeclared third-country national worker suggested for the peer learning report
- Recommendations on the design of regularisation schemes to address undeclared work of third-country nationals.
