## Description

This workshop presents and discusses the **first two parts of the draft guidelines** on enforcing remuneration rules for posted drivers:

- **Guideline 1 – Controls of posting (part 1)**  
    Covers roadside and back‑office checks, categories of posted drivers, required documents (RTPD posting declarations, tachograph data, transport operation evidence) and a proposed step‑by‑step control approach.
- **Guideline 2 – Documentation proving posting (part 2)**  
    Details the evidence needed to verify when and where posting took place (tachograph datasets, border crossings, loading/unloading, consignment notes, journey forms, authorisations).

During the workshop:

- ELA introduces the guidelines.
- Member States and the Commission discuss the clarity, feasibility and completeness of the proposed enforcement approach.
- The goal is to gather final comments and determine whether the guidelines can be considered **agreed**.
- Agreement will allow ELA to prepare the guidelines for **submission to the European Commission for endorsement**.
