Head of sector - finance and procurement

The European Commission, on behalf of the Authority, is launching a vacancy notice with a view to establishing a reserve list of Temporary Agents for the position of Head of Sector - Finance and Procurement.

Under the responsibility of the Head of Administration, the Head of Sector - Finance and Procurement will lead and coordinate the activities of the finance, budget, and procurement team of the ELA. S/he will apply his/her detailed knowledge of the EU Financial Regulation and hands-on experience in finance and procurement (under the EU procurement rules), and will be responsible for ensuring sound financial management of the ELA.
