## Description

The European Labour Authority organised the third edition of its ELA TECH Conference, a flagship event dedicated to promoting digital innovation in labour mobility within the EU. This year’s focus is how automation and interoperability can support cross‑border labour markets, social security, and service delivery.

The agenda included:

- **Automation technologies and interoperability supporting the labour market**
- Presentation of **selected papers on digital innovations using automation/interoperability**
- Showcase of **best practices in EU labour mobility**

Through keynote speeches, expert panels and hands-on demos, we uncovered how technology boosts social security coordination, speeds up services, and combats fraud.
