## Description

The ELA mutual learning and exchange event provides practical training for stakeholders responsible for communication with seasonal workers and their employers across the EU. This 1.5-day workshop will equip participants with skills to create clear, accessible content and develop tailored communication strategies. Through interactive sessions, they will learn to simplify complex information, use digital tools effectively, and manage social media outreach. The event aims to strengthen communication practices to ensure seasonal workers and employers receive timely, accurate information.
