## Description

The Peer Learning Dialogue is expected to involve a series of discussions between the participants in the learning group, enhancing their cooperation and interaction to find and implement practical solutions in relation to the Approaches and instruments to support and enforce [compliance](/en/glossary/compliance "The act of obeying an order, rule, regulation or request. Compliance with a law means doing what is required to operate in the declared economy.") in temporary work agencies.

The primary focuses of this PLD will be:

- to identify and discuss the main challenges enforcement authorities face with regard to monitoring and enforcement of the legislation applicable to (both local and cross-border) temporary agency work
- to assess the existing approaches/instruments to support and enforce temporary work agencies' [compliance](/en/glossary/compliance "The act of obeying an order, rule, regulation or request. Compliance with a law means doing what is required to operate in the declared economy."), including rules to regulate them, declaration of work, working conditions, equal treatment of workers and posting of workers and to share potential solutions for improving agencies' [compliance](/en/glossary/compliance "The act of obeying an order, rule, regulation or request. Compliance with a law means doing what is required to operate in the declared economy.")
