## Description

This seminar gathers experts from Portugal, France, Italy and Spain as well as from the European Commission and ELA and focuses on sharing information and reflections on the construction sector, particularly on [subcontracting](/en/glossary/subcontracting "Employing a firm or person outside one’s company to do work as part of a larger project.")/posting chains of workers including third country nationals. The aim of this seminar is to strengthen information exchange, build trust among the four Member States and discuss ideas for reinforced cooperation and possible future action.
