ELA provides logistical, technical and translation support to the public authorities of the Member States that request to be counselled by peers in strategic areas related to undeclared work.

**Service users:**

- public authorities of the Member States at local, regional, and national level  
    (Ministries, Labour inspectorates, social security organisations)
- social partners
- international organisations in labour field

**How to access the service**: countries interested in hosting MAP are invited to undeclared-work![at](/modules/contrib/spamspan/image.gif)ela \[dot\] europa \[dot\] eu (submit to the Platform Secretariat) an application letter signed by public authority of the the Member State intending to host such project.
