##  ELA traineeship: start your career path! 

The ELA traineeship programme is an opportunity for enthusiastic **university graduates** to acquire practical experience and knowledge of the day-to-day work of our Units. Our **6 to 12-month traineeship in Bratislava** offers hands-on experience.
