14th plenary meeting of the European Platform tackling undeclared work

The fourteenth plenary meeting of the European Platform tackling undeclared work will be held in Bratislava in Slovakia, and online on 28-29 March 2023.

The first day of this plenary will be dedicated to exploring and deepen the understanding of emerging trends in teleworking, potential risks for undeclared work, and related strategies to mitigate this risk via current legislative efforts in teleworking.

Presentations will provide information on the extent of teleworking in the EU Member States, the working conditions of teleworkers, and challenges and risks of cross-border telework.

To cover the various aspects of the rise of teleworking, improvements in legislation and challenges for tackling undeclared work, a number of parallel workshops will be held:   

• National regulatory responses to teleworking as a framework for preventing undeclared work;
• social partners’ responses to teleworking as a framework for preventing undeclared work
