    The European Labour Authority (ELA) launches this call for tender with two specific goals, divided into four separate lots. On the one hand, the objective of the framework contract is to ensure the EURES’ communication activities and, on the other, to provide for ELA’s event management and travel arrangement needs:

    • Lot 2 EURES Online Job Days
    • Lot 3 Organisation of events
    • Lot 4 Travel arrangements for events

    To help perform the task of coordinating and supporting concerted or joint inspections within ELA’s mandate, ELA will launch a negotiated procedure to conclude a middle value contract to provide analytical, conceptual and consultancy support.

    The maximum amount for this contract is EUR 100 000.

    The indicative time schedule for launching the negotiated procedure is October 2020. Interested economic operators can express their interest to participate in this negotiated procedure until 20/09/2020 in writing to EMPL-VT-2020-032@ec.europa.eu. The indicative date to sign the contract is December 2020.

    The estimated performance period of the resulting contract is 12 months (contract not renewable).

    This call is to support the activities of the European Labour Authority (ELA) in the field of facilitating access to information to citizens and employers on rights and obligations deriving from EU legislation on labour mobility and social security coordination. The contractor will contribute in conceptual and analytical work summed up in the following tasks:

    • Task 1) To carry out analyses of EU and national websites on labour mobility;
    • Task 2) To provide individualised follow-up support to member states in improving their national websites on labour mobility;
    • Task 3) To deliver presentations on innovative online communication approaches and practices;
    • Task 4) To respond to ad-hoc requests to support the authority or the member states on the provision of information on labour mobility;
    • Task 5) To support the authority in the development of and data collection for key performance indicators.
